Hello, my name is Nada Mansour and I am a Counselor In Training at the Texas Counseling Center Pearland location, under the supervision of Cynthia Rojas, LPC. I am currently pursuing my master’s degree in clinical Mental Health Counseling at the University of Houston Clear Lake.
I bring a rich and meaningful background as an immigrant from the Middle East, where my life experiences have shaped my resilience, patience, and deep understanding of overcoming challenges. These experiences allow me to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds with empathy and cultural awareness.
I am fluent in both Arabic and English, which enables me to support a wider range of clients in a culturally responsive and inclusive way. I also have a strong foundation in ethical practice and counseling theories that guide my work.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent over 15 years in special education. This experience strengthened my patience, problem solving skills, and ability to meet individuals where they are. It also deepened my appreciation for each person’s unique strengths and potential.
As a graduate student and counselor in training, I value being present, listening with intention, and creating a space free of judgment. I believe in the power of resilience and am passionate about supporting others as they work toward their goals and build meaningful change in their lives.
