Hello, my name is Dana Jones, and I am a LPC at Texas Counseling Center in Katy,  supervised by Dr. Tiffany Chaney, LPC-S. I have a passion for helping teens, adolescents, and adults navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. With more than 20 years of experience in education, counseling, and leadership, I understand the importance of meeting people where they are and creating a safe, supportive environment for growth.

I believe counseling is a collaborative process, and I work alongside clients to identify strengths, build coping strategies, and move toward meaningful change. My therapeutic style blends:

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) – reframing unhelpful thoughts and patterns
  • Person-Centered Therapy – fostering empathy, authenticity, and unconditional support
  • Solution-Focused Therapy – helping you recognize strengths and create achievable steps forward

I strive to make each session feel welcoming, supportive, and tailored to your goals.
