Lesly Padilla, LPC-Intern
Supervised by Cynthia Rojas, MS, LPC
Hello, my name is Lesly Padilla. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Intern at the Texas Counseling Center’s Katy location, practicing under the supervision of Cynthia Rojas, MS, LPC. I hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston and am currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University.
I was born in Evanston, Illinois, and raised in Houston, Texas. In my free time, I enjoy being with friends and family, spending time outdoors—especially exploring National Parks—and relaxing with a good book and my dog. These are the moments I turn to for self-care and balance.
I am passionate about working with children, teens, and young adults as they navigate life’s challenges. My therapeutic approach blends Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Person-Centered Therapy, and other evidence-based practices. I strive to create a warm, nonjudgmental space where you can safely explore your thoughts and emotions. Whether you’re working through challenges or celebrating growth, I view each step as an opportunity to deepen self-understanding and resilience.
My mission is to empower you to tap into your inner strength, gain clarity, and grow through life’s challenges. I’m here to support and encourage you as you discover the tools within yourself to create meaningful change.
