Raised in a small East Texas town, I bring a deep appreciation for strong relationships and power of community to my work. I believe in the importance of holistic care and focus on the seven dimensions of wellness to guide you toward a more balanced and fulfilling life.
With experience addressing anxiety, depression, school-related challenges, career transitions, family concerns, and relational dynamics, I use evidence-based techniques such as those utilized by Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), Reality Therapy, Structural Family Therapy, and Cognitive Processing Therapy tailoring my approach to meet your unique needs. My background in education and leadership further enables me to support you in both personal and professional development.
I hold a Master’s in Counseling Psychology specializing in Marriage and Family Therapy, from the University of Texas at Tyler. I am passionate about fostering resilience, self awareness, and growth as well as striving to create a nonjudgmental space where you and your family can feel heard and supported throughout the therapeutic process.
