My therapeutic approach is customized, employing a variety of therapy styles such as, Multicultural, Integrative, Client-Centered, Adlerian, Feminist Therapy, Sports Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy. For Marriage and Family Therapy: Structural, Psychoeducation, Family Systems, Generational, Emotionally Focused Therapy, and more, to cater to the unique needs of each client. I serve a diverse client population, welcoming individuals across all races, ethnicities, religious beliefs, and sexual orientations, including LGBTQ+ and those from marginalized groups.
I have directed over 100 media projects ranging from sporting events to newscasts and music videos. I am also a former athlete, martial arts teacher, and high school sports coach. I used to teach AP Psychology during my tenure as a high school teacher. I love to stay active, listen to music, travel, and enjoy life.
