I’m passionate about photography and love capturing moments of beauty in everyday life. This hobby not only fuels my creativity but also reminds me of the power of perspective and finding beauty in every situation—a mindset I encourage in my clients on their journey to mental wellness.
Throughout my career, I have had the opportunity to work with adults who have experienced trauma, depression, anxiety, limiting self-beliefs, challenging life transitions, personal growth, relationships, grief and loss, career decisions, and self-esteem.
