Lizareli Bravo Lopez, MA, LPC
Hi! My name is Lizareli Bravo Lopez. I am a licensed professional counselor at Texas Counseling Center. I received my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from the University of Houston in 2013, and my Master of Arts in Counseling degree from Houston Baptist University in 2017.
Some of my favorite treatment approaches include Solution Focused Brief Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. However, one of the greatest lessons I’ve learned during my time as a clinician is that there is no “one size fits all” approach when it comes to counseling. Each individual requires a tailored treatment plan to meet their counseling goals.
I am most passionate about working with children and teens to help them navigate through the many challenges they face as they grow and flourish into happy and healthy individuals.
I have experience in individual, group, and family counseling. I have worked with individuals struggling with PTSD, anxiety, depression, and other mood disorders. My experience working with families has allowed me to help them restore healthy communication and relationships.
