Hello, my name is Lesly Padilla, and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Texas Counseling Center Pearland, under the supervision of Jackeline Hurtado, M.Ed., LPC-S. I am dedicated to supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and personal growth. I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Houston Christian University and hold a Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston.
I work with both adolescents and adults, helping clients manage emotional concerns, life transitions, and everyday stressors in a supportive and compassionate environment. With a background in social services and behavioral health, I bring a holistic understanding of how personal experiences, relationships, and environments influence mental health and overall well-being.
My therapeutic approach is collaborative, open-minded, and evidence based. I integrate psychodynamic principles, person-centered therapy, and mindfulness practices to tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process, and I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful change.
I am deeply passionate about walking alongside clients throughout their therapeutic journey. I understand that reaching out for support can feel overwhelming, and I aim to make therapy a welcoming and supportive experience. You do not have to navigate this journey alone. Together, we can work toward improved mental health, self-awareness, and quality of life.
Outside of the therapy room, I enjoy traveling, listening to audiobooks, staying active at the gym, spending time in nature, and relaxing with my dog. I also enjoy experimenting with new latte recipes as a way to unwind and recharge.
I look forward to supporting you and partnering with you on your path toward healing and personal growth.
