Hello! My Name is Natasha Wilson, and I am a counselor in training at Texas Counseling Center Missouri City. I will be under the supervision of Cynthia Rojas, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC). I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Houston Christian University, where I am developing the skills and knowledge to support individuals on their journey toward emotional well-being and personal growth. I am committed to helping clients build resilience, overcome life’s challenges, and unlock their full potential for healing and self-discovery.
My therapeutic approach includes Psychodynamic Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Experiential Learning, all tailored to meet the individual needs of each client. I strive to create a supportive and non-judgmental space where individuals can explore their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors with openness and curiosity. My goal is to help clients develop greater self-awareness, build coping strategies, and ultimately achieve positive, lasting change.
I also prioritize cultural competency in my approach, recognizing the importance of providing therapy that is sensitive, inclusive, and respectful of the diverse backgrounds and identities of each client. Therapy should be a place where clients feel truly seen and heard, no matter their race, culture, or life experience.
As a counselor-in-training, I am here to support you in navigating your unique challenges and in working toward emotional wellness and personal growth. Whether you’re dealing with stress, anxiety, relationship issues, or any other mental health concern, I am committed to walking alongside you as you explore solutions and work toward healing.
