Hello, my name is Christian Mejia under the supervision of Mrs. Lauren Hawkins, LPC-S. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate (LPC-A) at Texas Counseling Center Pearland. I work with adults as they navigate life’s challenges and transitions. I use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to help clients better understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, and to develop practical tools they can use in everyday life.

I bring a background in providing mental health crisis services, which has shaped my calm, supportive, and compassionate approach to care. This experience allows me to meet clients where they are, especially during times of heightened stress. I strive to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where clients feel heard, understood, and supported.
